The Musical Gathering - The Pleasures of Vauxhall Gardens
Stroud Green’s time machine takes you back to London’s leading visitor attraction of the 18th century as we recreate the world and greenery of the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens with music by Handel, Arne, Boyce and contemporaries, with scenes from the Pleasure Gardens from the works of Thackeray, Dickens, Pepys & Richardson.
