DESCRIPTION:Learn all about pond invertebrates at our wildlife survey 
 at The Paddock. All levels and families are welcome.\n\nAbout this eve
 nt\nWe invite you to join us at the Paddock for our weekly survey in 2
 022! Whether you are an expert or complete beginner this will be a cha
 nce to get outdoors and explore the wildlife on your doorstep.\n\n\nWh
 at to expect:\n- A short talk on a species or wildlife-related topic e
 ach week.\n- A guided pond dip and sampling.\n-The data collected will
  help us develop the Paddock into a Local Nature Reserve.\n- By bookin
 g onto multiple sessions you’ll gain a deeper understanding of seaso
 nal cycles, and improve your I.D. skills.\n\nPre-booking is essential,
  book now to confirm a place.\nPlease be aware Eventbrite booking clos
 es one day before each surveying event at 5pm.\nIf you have to cancel 
 your place for any reason, please get in touch via thepaddock@tcv.org.

 u will be issued with a field recording sheet, species guide sheets, a
  clipboard and a pencil.\nIf you own further ID guides/books, you are 
 welcome to bring them along.\nIndividual surveys will run outdoors for
  about an hour, please be sure to check the weather/temperature and dr
 ess accordingly.\n\n\nCOVID-Safe Measures:\nWhilst social distancing a
 nd COVID-safe measures are no longer legally required, you are welcome
  to wear a mask if you would like to. Please consider others' wishes w
 ho may still want to social distance, and always wash hands before eat
 ing/drinking on TCV projects.\n\n\nUnder 18s:\nAll ages can join in th
 e survey, the route is a little muddy but buggies are welcome!\nIf you
  want to volunteer and are 16-17 years old please ensure you get in to
 uch with us at thepaddock@tcv.org.uk, as you will need a completed par
 ent/ guardian consent form to join in. For everyone aged 15 and under 
 they will also need a parent/guardian with them to attend.\n\n\nMeetin
