 ully accessible to the public. * You can access the site via the Easte
 rn pedestrian entrance/ closest side to the Ferry Boat Inn).\n12:30pm 
 - safety briefing:\nThis is essential for anyone wanting to attend the
  tour of on-site works (please do join us on-time, to avoid disruption
  to continued works later this day).\n12:45-1:30pm - site visit:\nWe w
 ill be given a tour of the site by local company: Ebbsford who are car
 rying out the Japanese Knotweed removals.\n\nMore info:\nThe site may 
 be muddy with uneven ground due to the works, please wear suitable out
 door clothing and footwear.\nPlease do not cross the protective barrie
 r fencing unaccompanied, this will only be possible with a prior safet
 y briefing and guided tour.\n\nUnder 18s:\nPlease be aware that under
