DESCRIPTION:Born with degenerative hearing loss, and growing up outsid
 e of Deaf Culture, Nathan embarks on a quest to belong. Absurd, satiri
 cal and sincere, Shush explores existing between worlds of the heari
 ng and the Deaf whilst belonging to neither.  \nUsing social media, 
 discussion forums and interviews, Shush draws on the collective expe
 riences of the Deaf, the Hard of Hearing and the Hearing to uncover th
 eatrical common ground and tackle social issues. \nShush is a co-pro
 duction between Tit For Tat and Thimble Theatre. Tit for Tat is an unu
 sual circus-theatre company that believes in celebrating the ordinary.
  Thimble Theatre is a cross-platform theatre company with a focus on n
 ew writing and devised work.\nThis is a work in progress performance, 
 and is an opportunity for the performers to share ideas with a live an
 d receptive audience. There will be a Q&A following the performance, s
