Self-Defence & Personal Safety Workshops Women & Girls ONLY!!!

Street Combat Personal Safety and Self-Defence Programme that is designed specifically for women and girls and has been broken into eight two hour weekly workshops. Each session will focus in depth on an area of street combat.

The format of the workshops are designed to work with women and girls. It is not compulsory to attend every workshop. You can sign up for the ones you like.

Our workshops are suitable for any young person (aged 13 and above), unless you are occupied by your parent or career (who also has to be signed onto the workshop), you can be aged 12.

There is no upper age limit for a woman. We have had mothers aged 60 attend with their 15 year old daughters and women aged 70 and over attend.
