Join Yoga Therapist Anna Taylor and Nutritional Therapist Katie Edwards for a day exploring how stress affects our digestive system and how yoga, mindfulness and nutrition can help us feel energised and functioning at our best. This practical and informative day include:

  • Real life advice on what (and how) to eat to calm your nerves and support you when stress is factor.
  • Relaxing yoga sessions to support improved digestion (all levels welcome)
  • Short mindfulness practices that you can incorporate into your busy life.
