Find ways to move through pregnancy that leave you feeling energised, strong and connected to your body and breath.
We will flow through different postures, some of which can be helpful for birth and other which just feel great in the pregnant body. We slowly introduce breath techniques which can calm the mind and manage powerful sensations. There is always a guided relaxation so you walk away feeling a bit more rested.
