DESCRIPTION:Exploring the joy of collaborative inversions.\nThis works
 hop is ideal for those who enjoy being upside down.  Where inversions
  spark joy in their yoga, movement or bodywork practice. \nWe will be
 gin with alignment techniques, strength training, the embodiment of in
 versions and how safely take weight on your arms and hands. Thereafter
  we will build up progressively working in pairs or in groups and play
  with collaborations and moving whilst upside down.   \nPrerequisite
 s: –\n\nShould enjoy being upside down\nBe comfortable with a heads
 tand against a wall for at least 15 seconds\n\nCancellation Policy\nYo
