Weekly Tuesday evening mixed ability Pilates class at South Harringay School (Mattison Road side).Held in a large space, socially distanced, well ventilated, 12 people maximum, bring your own mat. A dynamic class with focus on technique, building strength and improving posture. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
