Weekly Tuesday evening Pilates class at South Harringay Junior School, Mattison Road. Held in a large space, socially distanced, 12 people maximum, book in advance via link below and bring your own mat. A dynamic class with focus on technique, building strength and improving posture. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
