Weekly Thursday evening Pilates class at South Harringay Junior School, Mattison Road. Intermediate level for those with some Pilates experience Held in a large space, socially distanced, 10 people maximum, book in advance via link below and bring your own mat. A dynamic class with focus on technique and the more challenging exercises from the Pilates repertoire
