As the sun rises above the tree tops we meet in a tranquil and beautiful space within Finsbury Park as we flow though traditional sun salutations, warrior asanas and challenging twists! We enjoy a fun and dynamic Hatha Yoga practice finished with long-held deep yin stenches. 

As you lay to rest in the final savasana the soothing vibrations of large singing bowls will spread though the park, waking up your chakras and balancing your mind. 
The perfect event to set yourself up for the best possible weekend.

Please bring your own yoga mat, a extra jumper and and water if you need. 
There is a beautiful cafe close by where we can enjoy brunch or coffee together after the practice.
