 .\nIn addition to the story of the estate we will also cover some of t
 he history of the site - which was the Harris Lebus furniture factory,
  the largest in the world and which occupied the area covered by both 
 our estate and Hale Village. Paul Collier, a Ferry Lane resident, has
  written two books on the factory - one is a history and the other a h
