Uniting the mind, body, and breath, my pregnancy yoga classes prepare you for the antenatal period, birth and the immense transition into motherhood.
Throughout the class, I encourage you to familiarise yourself with the natural rhythm of your breath, a necessity for a more manageable birth.
I also aim to give you the confidence in your body’s innate ability to birth your baby with strengthening exercises and active birth techniques.
The classes are a fantastic way to calm the mind, relax the body, and help you to leave behind the stresses of busy city life and focus on you and your unborn child.
Pregnancy Yoga Classes will stream live every Friday and
Saturday morning between 9.30 am, and 10.30 am, with time afterwards for a virtual chat.
The first class starts this Friday 27th March and is free!

Future classes are £8, or you can buy a block of 5 for £35. Payment can be made via my bank transfer
