Do you live in Noel Park? Local residents have £1Million to spend on our area to improve it! But what to spend it on??? Noel Park Big Local (a group of local residents) are looking for other Noel Park residents to help us work this out. Join us by volunteering a few hours/days in Dec & Jan as a Community Researcher… more details below.
NB: if you can't make this meeting don't worry we will be meeting again soon and can be at times to suit you. just get in contact and we will work it out.
We are looking to recruit a Resident Community Research team in the development of the Big Local Plan for Noel Park.
The Community Researchers will be supported to:
Help find out the views of the community
Help support and shape the Noel Park Big Local Plan
Ensure residents are driving the Big Local process forward
Make sure residents from all parts of the Big Local area are included
Work alongside Wendy and Vicky to host a series of ‘Noel Park
Conversation’ events in January
We are asking for a commitment during January 2015 – a great way to keep
warm after the holidays meeting new people in your community!
Before this we will have a first meeting so you can find out more about how
we will all work together as a community research team to bring together all
the great ideas for Big Local! It will be fun and social, refreshments provided.
The first meeting of the community researchers will be on Thursday 18th
December 2014 from 10am to 12 noon at the The Sandbunker Community
