DESCRIPTION:These six, weekly workshops offer a safe and supportive sp
 ace for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences of lat
 er life through writing. We’ll look at endings, loss and our feeling
 s about ageing before moving forward to explore our identities, the co
 urage to take risks and rediscovering passions.\nEach session involves
  writing for no longer 2-6 minutes, after which we share our thoughts 
 about what we have written, though no pressure to do this if you prefe
 r not to. No writing experience is necessary, no need to worry about s
 pelling or grammar or the quality or length of your writing. Anything 
 is fine, even writing just one word!Participants of previous workshops
