23rd March will be one year since the first UK lockdown. Since then, millions of people have been bereaved. The charity Marie Curie is designating 23rd March a national day of reflection on our collective loss and grief.
There will be a one minute silence at midday, for which the St Paul's Harringay church bell will toll. Please join us in reflection if you can.
Perhaps you could also take the opportunity on the 23rd to connect with someone who's grieving? Maybe having a chat, sending a message, sharing a memory of their loved one or giving some spring flowers.
The Bible promises 'The LORD is close to the broken-hearted'. My prayers are with all those in our community who are broken-hearted.
