Event Description

8 week course on Monday evenings 21 Jan - 18 Mar (no class on 18 Feb) from 19.00 - 21.00. 


Modern London life can feel fast and frantic, leaving our busy minds often racing in overdrive. Whilst we can’t change the nature of the world we live in, we can learn to move through it with greater calmness and clarity.


Following the gold-standard, evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR), this course will provide practical tools to help lower stress, increase resilience, improve focus and concentration, savour life's joys and feel more balanced within life's challenges. 


A free taster session for anyone interested in finding out more about this 8 week course is being held on Monday 14th January from 7.00 - 8.00 at Redmond Community Centre.
