SUMMARY:London Cycling Festival Haringey
DESCRIPTION:\r\n\r\nHaringey Cycling Campaign is leading two rides to 
 celebrate the London Festival of Cycling and Haringey Car Free Day, in
  partnership with Haringey Council.  The rides are different lengths 
 and at different times of the day to enable as many riders as possible
  to join us.  Additionally, there will be information about self-guid
 ed riding routes in Haringey.\r\nYou can book your free places on the 
 rides here, where you’ll find all the festival tickets.\r\nBoth ride
 s will start and finish at the Hub Cafe in Lordship Rec, a vibrant com
 munity centre and café at the heart of Lordship Rec, Tottenham’s la
 rgest park. There is a cafe, toilets and cycle parking here as well as
  children’s playground, skate park, BMX track and plenty of open spa
 ce and paths for cycling.\r\nAnd from 10am to 4pm Dr Bike will be on h
 and offering free safety checks and minor repairs and adjustments, so 
 you can just drop in, or, if you’re joining a ride and want to visit
  Dr Bike beforehand, remember to arrive early.\r\n\r\nRide 1: The Hari
 ngey Park Loop\r\nThe Haringey Loop is a gentle 11km (around 7 miles) 
 ride that includes local parks and open spaces and takes in some lovel
 y cycling routes through the borough. Where possible we ride off-road 
 and use low traffic routes through our communities. The ride will be g
 uided by experienced marshals and is suitable for older children and a
 dults.  We’ll return to Lordship Rec by around 12.30pm.\r\n\r\nStar
 t time: 10am for Dr Bike, 11.00am departure\r\nStart point: Lordship H
 ub, Lordship Rec, Off Higham Road, Tottenham, N17 6NU\r\n\r\nRide 2: H
 aringey Park to Park for Little Riders\r\nSuitable for all including c
 hildren learning to ride. This ride will be about 3.5kms (under 3 mile
 s) and will stay local to Lordship Rec. We return to Lordship Rec by a
 bout 3pm. Led and marshalled by Haringey Cyclists. All welcome.\r\nBOO

  a number of Lime and Forest bikes and free vouchers available on the
