 on from the rich legacy of classic ECM records, while also referencing
  elements of folk and classical music. The group’s sound is characte
 rized by a vibrant interplay between trumpet, cello and piano trio, ex
 ploring a distinctive and compelling sound world. The quintet will per
 form the following week as part of the EFG Jazz festival at Milton Cou
 rt Concert Hall in association with the Guildhall School of Music and
