A playful, light-hearted session using the body and breath
to practice mindfulness, increase confidence and relaxation.
£45 for 7 weeks or £7 a class drop in.

***All young people must be collected within 10 minutes
of the end of the class after this time
a £10 charge increasing by £1 per minute will be payable ***
