The Paul Clarvis Trio plays Duke Ellington tonight at Jazz at Karamel. One of the UK’s most requested session musicians and who’s playing can be heard on 100’s of films, Clarvis’s unique style of musicianship is heightened and brought further to life with Ellington’s classic style. Joining alongside him is Alcyona Mick, international pianist known for her improvisational approach and twist on the contemporary and Stuart Hall, multi instrumentalist in both traditional and historical stringed instruments.
