 urvey at The Paddock. All levels and families are welcome.\n\nAbout th
 is event\nWe invite you to join us at the Paddock for our weekly surve
 y in 2022! Whether you are an expert or complete beginner this will be
  a chance to get outdoors and explore the wildlife on your doorstep.\n
 \n\nWhat to expect:\n- A short talk on a species or wildlife-related t
 opic each week.\n- A guided pond dip and sampling.\n-The data collecte
 d will help us develop the Paddock into a Local Nature Reserve.\n- By 
 booking onto multiple sessions you’ll gain a deeper understanding of
  seasonal cycles, and improve your I.D. skills.\n\nPre-booking is esse
 ntial, book now to confirm a place.\nPlease be aware Eventbrite bookin
 g closes one day before each surveying event at 5pm.\nIf you have to c

 o:\nYou will be issued with a field recording sheet, species guide she
 ets, a clipboard and a pencil.\nIf you own further ID guides/books, yo
 u are welcome to bring them along.\nIndividual surveys will run outdoo
 rs for about an hour, please be sure to check the weather/temperature 
 and dress accordingly.\n\n\nCOVID-Safe Measures:\nWhilst social distan
 cing and COVID-safe measures are no longer legally required, you are w
 elcome to wear a mask if you would like to. Please consider others' wi
 shes who may still want to social distance, and always wash hands befo
 re eating/drinking on TCV projects.\n\n\nUnder 18s:\nAll ages can join
  in the survey, the route is a little muddy but buggies are welcome!\n
 If you want to volunteer and are 16-17 years old please ensure you get
  in touch with us at thepaddock@tcv.org.uk, as you will need a complet
 ed parent/ guardian consent form to join in. For everyone aged 15 and 
 under they will also need a parent/guardian with them to attend.\n\n\n
