DESCRIPTION:An introductory workshop into the world of inversions.  
 \nThis workshop is ideal for anyone new in inversions wanting to cover
  the basics for anyone with regular yoga, movement or bodywork practic
 e with an interest in being upside down. \nWe will cover the elements
  to three classic inversions: – \n\nSirsasana / headstands and thei
 r variations \nPincha Maryasana / forearm balances and \nhandstands.
 \n\nThere is potential to explore a range of arm balancing which may i
 nclude: – \n\nBakasana / crow \nTittibasana / firefly, \n\n\n\nWe
  will cover alignment techniques, strength training, the embodiment of
  inversions and how safely take weight on your arms and hands. \nWe w
 ill build up progressively by working on upper body stamina, core cond
 itioning, wrist strength and finger power. \nPrerequisites: –\n\nS
 hould be comfortable being upside down\n\n\nCosts: \n\nOne Person Boo
