Event Description

On Wednesday 15th, 22nd and 29th September, Jeremy Cassidy (MSTAT) will teach a set of 3 one-on-one lessons at the Brunel Walk Hall in Seven Sisters. There will be several slots over each afternoon and evening. People are invited to pay what they can for the Alexander Technique lessons.

The Alexander Technique is a practical method of self-help, which teaches people how to become aware of how we use our minds and bodies in activity. It can help to improve our performance in anything we do.
By choosing the way in which we react to stress, and by letting go of our habits of tension, we can rediscover the natural balance of our bodies and minds, resulting in more ease of movement.

All proceeds will be donated to the Tairona Heritage Trust. This is an opportunity for people, who feel that they cannot afford individual Alexander Technique classes, to have this experience.

The Tairona Heritage Trust is raising money for a new documentary by the actual indigenous communities, to explore the importance of sacred spaces and the implications of destroying them have to the world .
