Poor sleep damages our health, affects our relationships, and lowers our productivity. It's no fun! 

Do you find it hard to fall asleep, wake up in the night and find it hard to go back to sleep, or wake up feeling tired?

Fed up with information, none of which ensures a good night's sleep?

Would you like to improve your sleep, and avoid sleeping pills?

Justin Johnson, accupunturist and osteopath, and Anna McKay, co-inventor of the Zeez Sleep Pebble, offer you an evening of practical exercises and tips to improve your sleep. Their aim - to show you how to take your body and brain from an active state (thinking, stressed, sympathetic nervous system activated) to a restful state in which sleep comes easily (relaxed, calm, slowed breathing, slowed heart rate, parasympathetic nervous system activated). 

Our evening will include simple practical exercises to help you slow your breathing, brain and heart (Justin), a talk on creating good sleep (Anna) and time for questions, so that we can address individual issues.

We have a maximum of 15 places - please book with IBD - and a charge pif £8 (£5 concessions)
