Are you interested in developing your writing, and free on Wednesday mornings? If so, come along to this series of 3 workshops, lead by our new practitioner, journalist and fiction writer Giovanna Iozzi.
Creative Non-Fiction is an exciting genre of writing which fuses factual real-life experience with the best story-telling skills. In short, to write the truth with the drama of fiction. Over three classes, we will look at extracts from writers using the form: within documentary, travelogue, the personal essay, ‘reality' literature and literary journalism.
The workshops are run in small, friendly groups where you will read, write and discuss work. Karamel café is a great setting for these classes, and the price includes hot drinks and biscuits in a well earned break in each session. Sign up by emailing kate@collage-arts.org
For more details on our full Wednesday Workshop programme, check the web link.
To be clear - the timings of this course are Wed 17th Sept, Wed 24th Sept, and Wed 1st Oct, from 10am to 12.30pm.
