DESCRIPTION:About this event\n\nWe invite you to join us at the Paddoc
 k for our weekly survey in 2022! Whether you are an expert or complete
  beginner this will be a chance to get outdoors and explore the wildli
 fe on your doorstep.\n\nWhat to expect:\n- A short talk on a the speci
 es.\n- A guided transect survey of the whole site.\n-The data collecte
 d will help us develop the Paddock into a Local Nature Reserve.\n- By 
 booking onto multiple sessions you’ll gain a deeper understanding of
  seasonal cycles, and improve your I.D. skills.\nPre-booking is essent
 ial, book now to confirm a place.\nPlease be aware Eventbrite booking 
 closes one day before each surveying event at 5pm.\nIf you have to can
 cel your place for any reason, please get in touch via thepaddock@tcv.

 g:\nYou will be issued with a field recording sheet, species guide she
 ets, a clipboard and a pencil.\nIf you own afurther ID guides/books, y
 ou are welcome to bring them along.\nIndividual surveys will run outdo
 ors for about an hour, please be sure to check the weather/temperature
  and dress accordingly.\n\nCOVID-Safe Measures:\nWhilst social distanc
 ing and COVID-safe measures are no longer legally required, you are we
 lcome to wear a mask if you would like to. Please consider others' wis
 hes who may still want to social distance, and always wash hands befor
 e eating/drinking on TCV projects.\nUnder 18s:\nAll ages can join in t
 he bird survey, the route is a little muddy but buggies are welcome!\n
 If you want to volunteer and are 16-17 years old please ensure you get
  in touch with us at thepaddock@tcv.org.uk, as you will need a complet
 ed parent/ guardian consent form to join in. For everyone aged 15 and 
 under they will also need a parent/guardian with them to attend.\n\nMe
