Event Description
Yoga and mindfulness for children in a playful and friendly class. Increase your child’s confidence, self-awareness, co-ordination and focus. Feed their creativity, find their strength, maintain their flexibility and learn relaxation techniques. Age 8+
***All young people must be collected by 5.35pm - after this time a £10 charge increasing by £1 per minute will be payable ***
