Want to chill out on a Sunday night? Try something new?

I am running an auricular/ear acupuncture group at Tri Prana. I have been practicing auricular acupuncture for 5 years and I have seen the benefits. The 5 points that I practice help with relaxation, digestion issues, insomnia and much more!

Don't like needles? No problem! I also have acupressure seeds. So no excuses, treat yourself and come along!
