DESCRIPTION:Learn all about butterflies at our wildlife survey at The 
 Paddock. All levels and families are welcome.\n\nAbout this event\nWe 
 invite you to join us at the Paddock for our weekly survey in 2022! Wh
 ether you are an expert or complete beginner this will be a chance to 
 get outdoors and explore the wildlife on your doorstep.\n\n\nWhat to e
 xpect:\n- A short talk on a species or wildlife-related topic each wee
 k.\n- A guided pond dip and sampling.\n-The data collected will help u
 s develop the Paddock into a Local Nature Reserve.\n- By booking onto 
 multiple sessions you’ll gain a deeper understanding of seasonal cyc
 les, and improve your I.D. skills.\n\nPre-booking is essential, book n
 ow to confirm a place.\nPlease be aware Eventbrite booking closes one 
 day before each surveying event at 5pm.\nIf you have to cancel your pl
 ace for any reason, please get in touch via thepaddock@tcv.org.uk or b
 y the contact numbers below to let us know.\n\n\nMore info:\nYou will 
 be issued with a field recording sheet, species guide sheets, a clipbo
 ard and a pencil.\nIf you own further ID guides/books, you are welcome
  to bring them along.\nIndividual surveys will run outdoors for about 
 an hour, please be sure to check the weather/temperature and dress acc
 ordingly.\n\n\nCOVID-Safe Measures:\nWhilst social distancing and COVI
 D-safe measures are no longer legally required, you are welcome to wea
 r a mask if you would like to. Please consider others' wishes who may 
 still want to social distance, and always wash hands before eating/dri
 nking on TCV projects.\n\n\nUnder 18s:\nAll ages can join in the surve
 y, the route is a little muddy but buggies are welcome!\nIf you want t
 o volunteer and are 16-17 years old please ensure you get in touch wit
 h us at thepaddock@tcv.org.uk, as you will need a completed parent/ gu
 ardian consent form to join in. For everyone aged 15 and under they wi
 ll also need a parent/guardian with them to attend.\n\n\nMeeting point
