Dance keeps body and brain active - it is vital for every age. Dance improves flexibility, co-ordination and posture.
We are pleased to inform you that Asian Centre will be conducting Bollywood Dance classes on a regular basis on every Tuesday from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
The details are as follows:
