Friendly, community class aimed at those who are either new to yoga or looking for a gentle practice (open level classes are also held on Tuesdays). Classes offer a steady, slow, mindful flowing practice with a focus on easing tension in the body and calming the mind.
Yoga mats and props are provided (although you are welcome to bring your own). Classes are kept to a size that enables everyone to have plenty of space to practice.
I'm an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher and I've enjoyed teaching these friendly, local yoga classes for over 11 years.
