If you're looking to start a yoga practise but aren't quite sure of how, this event could be for you!
Over 2.5hrs we'll cover the most common elements that you'll find in classes- standing, twists, backbends and folds. We'll break down the key poses, learning to modify them for your body & then putting it all together in a sequence you'd find in a class.
By the end of the session you'll be more confident with the poses & feel comfortable enough join in a regular open level class.
Suited to people who have practised before but taken a long break, those who want to polish up their technique or those who are new to yoga but already fairly active.
