Mindfulness is a practice helps us to live life with greater calmness and awareness; seeing clearly what is before us and creating more space so that we can respond to life wisely rather than react to it automatically.
A huge body of evidence supports that mindfulness helps to lower stress and improve emotional resilience as well as our overall mental and physical wellbeing.
This 8-week course follows the gold-standard, evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programme and provides practical tools to help lower stress, increase resilience, improve focus and concentration, savour life's joys and feel more balanced within life's challenges.
Sessions take place live online via Zoom on Monday evenings from 19.00 - 21.00 from Monday 28 Sept - 23 Nov (with no class during half-term on 26 Oct).
Places are limited to 12 people and cost £195 with 2 discounted places of £50 for people experiencing financial hardship.

A FREE MINDFULNESS TASTER SESSION is taking place live online via Zoom on Monday 14 September from 19.00 - 20.00 for anyone who is keen to find out more about mindfulness or has any questions about the course.
