Are you looking for tools to manage stress more effectively? Would you like to feel calmer, happier and healthier in the year ahead?
This 8-week course follows the evidence-based and internationally recognised Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR).
Mindfulness is a form of meditation that enables us to live our lives with greater awareness; being more open to our present-moment experience rather than buffeted around by our busy minds.
Through sustained practice we become calmer, more resilient, happier and healthier. We begin to notice and savour the good things in our lives, and find greater balance amidst life's challenges.
Taking place on Monday evenings from 19.00 - 21.00 from 20 January - 16 March (no class in half term / 17 February). Sessions are held at Redmond Community Centre (2 min walk from Manor House station).
