HAVE YOUR SAY ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!
Haringey’s hospitals and health services are under threat, with current plans including:
Sell-off of half the land at Whittington Hospital
Reduction of beds from 300 to 177 and loss of 570 jobs at the Whittington
Sell-off of a large part of St Ann’s hospital for housing
Health services to be increasingly contracted out to private providers
There needs to be co-ordinated action to ensure we, the residents and patients of Haringey, are properly involved in the discussion, planning, and implementation of changes to our services. Public pressure has stopped closures in the past and it can do again.
