This workshop will provide an opportunity to explore your practice further and take it to the next level. Starting from a place of gratitude and working with intention for the year ahead, we’ll cultivate core strength in an energetic vinyasa flow sequence guided by the breath. A dynamic practice will help to focus an active mind and root the attention deeply in the body. When the body is prepared in this way we move into a slow, cooling yin flow of seated and restorative postures – a calm and meditative space that allows our intentions to settle in the mind.
We finish with a long, deep yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – a guided relaxation practice to bring about a sense of ease and balance.
