Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi Fellow Gardens,

Hope you are enjoying your fruits of the season. I have just been out harvesting the final rhubarb in my garden and picking up free fall apples to make some puree.

My husband and I were wondering if anyone could lend us a powered saw as we have some wood to cut into some pieces and lengths for the garden? Normally he would use the hand saw but there is too much at the moment as a neighbout was cutting down many cherry trees in their garden (HMO), which we asked for and got.

If you have one and don't mind lending it to us, please get in touch.

Thanks,

Sonya and Andrew

It's hard to visualise what you need. I don't have a chain saw. I do have a couple of portable powered saws but, for cutting rough garden wood, I have always found a bow saw much quicker. I have a couple of these if you need one.

Sonya. Not sure if you want to keep all the wood, it looks like you have a use for some or all of it- if not, I am happy to take it away (uncut)...

Also, what kind of apples have you got? I might have some pears to swap.
