Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Bumble bees were liking these spires in the Rose Garden of Alexandra Park. Anyone know what they are, please? Thanks

Honey Bee?

Probably either a white-tailed bumbled bee or a buff-tailed bumble bee, but I was actually after the name of the flower....

Salvia, I think.

Went back and checked leaves, indeed I think it is some type of salvia. Thanks a lot, Grant.

Definitely a Salvia, poss Salvia x sylvestris 'Mainacht' or S. nemorosa 'Caradona'

Cardona looks dead right, thanks Jeremy - the stems are dark (Mainacht not dark) and the leaves look the same.
