I can remember Gilly Gilly Ossenfeffer Katzenellenbogen by the Sea singing that song on the school trip and the bus to redlands playing field for sports day..I can remember when it snowed and the snow was there for weeks and getting into trouble for throwing snowballs.. I can remember the alley harringay passage and cutting through to the shops in Turnpike lane.I think my memory is fading.I can remember some of the children and some of the names..

I remember the school dinners were revolting the potatoes always had blue lumps in them which we placed around the edge of the plates cos we wouldn't eat them. And the worst teacher in the school was Mr How who used to batter the kids especially the boys , my brother once and I told my Dad about it, he wrote a letter for Mark to take but he didn,t take it, didn't want to lol.apart from Mr How it was a good school. I learnt to play netball there and I was later in the School Team in Swansea playing center. those were the days.

I went to North Harringay School back in the 60's and my favorite teacher of all time was Mr Morgan. My name back then was Ender Salahi and I was a chubby fella in those days and I'm not sure if that's me top row second from the right and would love someone to let me know if they know who the chap is. I can't seem to remember anyone's name at this moment in time and would love to hear from anyone who remembers me. The teachers I remember from back then was Mr Morgan, Mr Williams, Miss March, Miss White the head was Mr Manning. The teacher I hated the most was the dreaded Mr How!! I hated having him for lessons especially maths as he would always smack The backs of my legs every time I got something wrong or didn't know the answer to a sum. I'm sure this is the reason to this day hate maths and it's not one of my strongest points. Having said that I have the most wonderful memories and times I spent at North Harringay School and treasure those wonderful memories. I would dearly love to hear from anyone who went there at around the same time in particular if they where in Mr Morgan's, Mr Williams class or anyone who remembers me.
