Saw a report that more crashes are caused by Drugs and the Drink. Allowing more drugs would not stop there being Dealers. Who would come up with none listed drugs
Not forgetting Gangs also deal in Mobiles and stolen Credit / Debit cards
Pity UK can not come up with a Deal with China or Russia for Servicing UK prisoners
Hard labour instead of easy time prisons

Supply the drugs legally though doctors, providing health care practitioners more leverage to help addicts then employ all the current dealers to do something else with just some of the huge profits made. Spend the rest policing the streets better.
