Last weekend my butterfly rose & erigeron were infested with aphids.
I hosed some off with water to keep the population from doing permanent
damage & waited.
This weekend I was happy to see ladybird larvae feasting on the remaining
aphids. My rose is now totally clear & the daisy buds soon will be.
They really are voracious eaters!
It’s magical how nature will find a balance in gardens.

I've had lots of harlequin ladybird larvae too. Never seen them before.
