If the device you use for HoL is usually signed in to one of the big social sites, you can avoid all the bother of signing in with your email and password.
Signing in this way DOESN'T mean you share any additional information with HoL. It just makes life easier.
As of Summer 2012, you can use the following networks to sign in:
You can authorise just one or all of your networks for social sign-in with HoL.
Here's how:
1. Make sure you're signed in to whichever networks you want to authorise, e.g. if to want use Facebook to sign in to HoL, make sure you're signed in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to your 'Connections' page, via 'Settings':
2. On your 'Connections' page, just click the "Sign in with....." button next to the network you want to authorise and your network will take you through the authorisation steps (slightly different for each network).
You'll see that you can also use this as an opportunity to authorise your Facebook and Twitter to allow you to share stuff on them directly from HoL.
